Dr. Dejpsand\s sentence for the new CEO of Iran Insurance states:

Dear Mr. Seyed Majid Bakhtiari

With regard to the Extraordinary General Assembly of Iran Insurance Company, you will be appointed as a member of the board of directors and the managing director of that company. It is expected that in line with the plans of the Twelfth Government and the strategic plans of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the following items will be prioritized in the plans of that company:

Implement digital insurance in order to develop a smart economy
Develop and follow up the company\s loss-making plan
Full establishment of a comprehensive insurance system
Organizing Iranian insurance branches and agencies throughout the country
Increasing the diversity of insurance services in order to provide optimal and fast services to members of the community and tailoring the portfolio composition
Care in collecting claims
Full implementation of operational budgeting
Implement a risk management system and use insurance resources to finance the economy and capital markets
Paying attention to the issue of profitability of the company as an economic enterprise, promoting financial wealth, increasing the return on investments and optimal use of productive reserves and assets
Full implementation of corporate governance regulations
