According to the public relations of the Iran Insurers Syndicate, Dr. Soleimani asked Dr. Gholipour to develop a five-year plan for the company to grow and develop its portfolio and gain a suitable position in the insurance industry, innovate in smart products in life insurance due to its competitive advantage in the insurance market, separate the executive and managerial affairs of the company from shareholder affairs, introduce efficient human resources to complete key positions of the company, increase the capital of insurance company on time, effort to pay damages on time and honor insured losses and pursue the receipt of claims from legal insurers.
