Election of members of the board of directors of the Iran Insurers Syndicate

The meeting of the General Council of the Iran Insurers Syndicate was held with the agenda of appointing the members of the Board of Directors. Based on the votes received from the CEOs of insurance companies, Mr. Kardgar, Baharifar, Keshavarz and Jabbari were elected as the main members and Mr. Badin and Mr. Hadi as alternate members of the second term of the board of directors of the Iran Insurers Syndicate.
It is worth mentioning that the syndicate has a board of directors consisting of the secretary general and four main members and two alternate members. The full and alternate members shall be elected by the General Council from among the highest executive officials of the member institutions for a term of two years. The continuation of the membership of the mentioned persons in the board of directors will be conditional on their continued tenure as the managing director of one of the member institutions.
In the first meeting, the board of directors elects a chairman or vice-chairman from among its members. Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be convened at least once a month at the invitation of the Chairman of the Board. In his absence, meetings shall be convened at the invitation of the Vice-Chairman.
