In the joint meeting of the Social Deputy of the Judiciary system, the Head of the Central Insurance and the Secretary General and the members of Iran Insurers Syndicate, the issue of forming judicial complexes for traffic accidents and insurance matters was discussed.
Farzad Farhadi Rad said: the establishment of a judicial complex for traffic accidents and insurance affairs, in addition to increasing the speed of service to insurers, will cause people to trust the judiciary system and the insurance industry.
He added: the increasing volume of vehicles in large cities, the frequency of accidents and the entry of cases related to them in the judicial authorities, the harmful effects and damages caused by traffic crimes and violations, the lack of related institutions along with judicial units , Limiting and rapid repair of financial and human pain and suffering and the increasing volume of vehicles in large cities are among the necessities of forming a judicial complex of traffic accidents and insurance affairs.
Dr. Gholamreza Soleimani, Head of the Central Insurance of Iran, also said at the meeting that 20% of accidents are unreal and fictitious: "In recent months, accidents have decreased, but the number of fatalities and the severity of damage has not decreased."
He added that increasing the insurance rate is equal to increasing the insurance rate, which will lead to insurance evasion.
"We support this proposal," Soleimani said, agreeing to set up judicial complexes for traffic accidents and insurance.
Soleimani pointed out that these judicial complexes should have features that can meet expectations: "The structure of these complexes should be sound and not change with the management of the case processing process."
At the end, Dr. Ulfat stated that pathology is the strength of the performance of the complexes: the weaknesses and strengths of these judicial complexes should be identified and action should be taken to eliminate them.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided to form a joint working group and how to set up these complexes.
The first judicial complex of traffic accidents and insurance affairs was launched in 2013 in Khuzestan province.
