Articles of Association

The High Insurance Council of Iran, in the implementation of article 75 of the law of insurance and the law of establishment of the central insurance of Iran, enacted the "Articles of Association of the Iran Insurers Syndicate" on 24/07/2019 consisting 28 articles and 13 notes as follows: this enactment will be replaced enactments dated 01/06/2004 and 29/06/2004. The Central Insurance of Iran will monitor the implementation of this document. If any of members or managers of Iran Insurers Syndicate fails to comply with its provisions, the Central Insurance can apply the necessary regulatory measures as required.
